Packed with 80% of our favourite Himalayan superfood, this GNT Spread is bound to be the GNT of your choice.

Essentially a seed-butter (but much more versatile than your average nut butters), the super thick & creamy spread is packed with health plant protein & omega-3. It can be smeared across your toasts or used as a base to sauté your favourite food.
We love selling our jars packed with nutrition, instead of watered-down spreads, but you can thin them down (with water / lime / Vinegar / vegan honey) as per your own liking.

Also, if you see a layer of oil forming on top, don't worry! Real preservative free butters are meant to release oil and, in our case, it is packed with healthy PUFAs!

Pro Tip - Keep the Jars upside down in your refrigerators to avoid oil accumulation on the top.
